Email – If you would like to receive my posts by email, sign up and you will receive full posts by email. The benefit of email is that you’ll never miss a post. To do this, return to the Home page where you will see the sign up box near the top of the right column. Fill in your email address, and then you will be prompted to write some letters into a box to verify the subscription (captcha). After you write the letters in the box hit the return key. This will verify the subscription. You will receive an email notice and you must confirm that you want to receive the posts from MyHealthyEatingHabits.com. If you don’t receive an email within a few hours, you probably didn’t put in the captcha code correctly (they are difficult to read), and you will have to go though the sign-up process again. It will be worth it. I’m sure that you’ll love the recipes.
RSS – RSS is a great tool. It stands for Real Simple Syndication and using it will allow you to read all of your favorite websites from one page.
The first step is to set up a reader account. I use Google myself, but you could use some other reader.
The second step, once you have a reader account and have it open, is to copy and paste the URL http://www.MyHealthyEatingHabits.com into the space for adding feeds. Once you have inserted the URL select “Add”.
After that, you’ll want to add more of your favorite websites to make your reading easy from one spot.
